Located in the heart of Dublin, the Trocadero Restaurant had long been celebrated for its high-quality Irish cuisine since it first opened its doors in 1957. Renowned for exceptional fish dishes, juicy steaks, tender lamb and decadent desserts, Trocadero had become a staple for locals and tourists alike. However, as time went on, the restaurant’s brand image began to feel outdated and confused. While it held a respected position in the dining scene, it struggled to attract a younger clientele eager for a more contemporary dining experience.
